Seven Pillars Operations supports independent providers and small organizations in understanding how their administrative systems function in practice—bringing clarity to structure, roles, and day-to-day operations.

Founded by Alivia Ekwegh, the practice focuses on identifying workflow friction, clarifying operational boundaries, and delivering structured, non-implementation recommendations that support long-term stability.

This work is grounded in the belief that healthy organizations do not happen by accident. Over time, systems evolve organically, roles blur, and teams often carry responsibilities that the structure was never designed to support. When that happens, the burden quietly shifts onto the people doing the work.

Seven Pillars exists to help organizations step back, examine how their administrative systems actually function, and build structures that support both their teams and the communities they serve.

Alivia brings an academic foundation in Psychology, with graduate-level training in systems thinking and human dynamics, which informs a disciplined, analytical approach to operational review.
